Rotisserie soon at TOMA

After six months after our opening, we will finally start using our rotisserie from mid February 2024. The rotisserie will be one of specialities and unique to Beaune.

Not only will be roast local chicken (stuffed with lemon, thyme and garlic) but we will roast lamb, pork, beef, fish and vegetables.

The roasted potatoes will be full of flavours as they will contain the drippings of the various roasts!
